Nine people have been killed in two shootings at shisha bars in Germany.
Several other people have also been injured after a gunman opened fire in the city of Hanau near Frankfurt last night.
Police found the suspect at his home alongside another body - which hasn't been identified.
Police said the shootings took place at about 10pm local time on Wednesday evening.
Detectives said the Midnight shisha bar in the Heumarkt area of Hanau was targeted first, and witnesses reported hearing eight to nine gunshots and a dark vehicle was seen fleeing the scene.
Gunshots were then heard at the Arena Bar and Cafe in the Kurt-Schumacher-Platz area, which is a short distance away.
The motive for the shooting is not clear at this time.
Investigations are under way to identify victims and the alleged gunman.
