Eight people are due back in court this morning charged in connection with a fatal attack on Dale Creighton in Dublin on New Years Day.
The 20 year old died after he was attacked by a gang on a footbridge in Tallaght in the early hours of January 1st.
11 arrests were made by Gardai investigating the attack.
Seven men and one woman were subsequently charged, all due back in court again today.
