3,500 people will receive Irish citizenship in ceremonies in Co. Kerry.
The final Citizenship Ceremonies of 2022 will take place today and tomorrow at the INEC, Killarney.
Applicants from over 130 countries will take part in four separate ceremonies
They'll receive their certificates of naturalisation, and take an oath of fidelity to the Irish State.
The ceremonies will be led by Minister of State James Browne TD, Minister of State Anne Rabbitte TD, retired High Court judge Bryan MacMahon and retired District Court judge Paddy McMahon.
