A 33-year-old man has denied murdering school teacher Ashling Murphy in Co. Offaly last year.
A jury has been sworn in to hear the trial of Jozef Puska (33), who is accused of the murder of Ashling Murphy.
Mr Puska, of Lynally Grove, Mucklagh, Co Offaly, denies the charge.
The trial will open before Mr Justice Tony Hunt tomorrow morning
