Three women have broken into the BBC's list of top-paid presenters.
Claudia Winkleman, Zoe Ball and Vanessa Feltz are listed in 8th, 9th and joint 10th place respectively.
Winkleman and Ball earned around £370,000, with Feltz trailing slightly behind on £355,000.
The BBC says it's reduced the difference in pay between its biggest male and female stars after criticism for its gender pay gap.
Two years ago, men made up 75% of those paid more than £150,000, but that figure is projected to drop to 55% this financial year.
Gary Linekar remains the highest paid BBC presenter, earning an unchanged £1.75m per year.
The former footballer was followed in the list by Chris Evans on £1.25 million and Cork's own Graham Norton on £610,000.
