Three men have been arrested following a street party near the University of Limerick.
A large gathering was reported at College Court in Castletroy at around 7.15 yesterday evening.
More than 50 fines for breaches of covid-19 regulations were handed out following the party.
The University Of Limerick says it will take 'strong disciplinary measures' against any student found to have breached public health guidelines.

Two of the men were arrested for public order offences.
One of them has since charged and is due to appear before Limerick Districy Court later this month.
The other has been released withoug charge, and has been issued with a fixed charge notice for public order offemces.
Another man, who was arrested for a drugs offence, remains in Garda custody.
