Officials in Portugal say 29 people have died after a tourist bus crashed on the island of Madeira.
28 others were injured when the vehicle rolled down a steep hill in the coastal town of Canico.
Portugal's foreign minister says initial reports suggest everyone who died was German and were travelling to have dinner in the capital.
The victims included 18 women and 11 men - one of whom died later in hospital.
Around 27 people were injured, including the Portuguese driver and a local tour guide, and were taken to hospital.
Local MP Roberto Almada said the area is known as an "accident black-spot".
