2023 Was Earth's Warmest Year On Record - EU Scientists

Researchers found 2023 was 1.48 degrees warmer than the pre-industrial era.

The previous warmest year globally was 2016 and last year beat that by 0.17 degrees.
The report says July 2023 was likely to have been the hottest month in 120,000 years, while Antarctic sea ice is at historic lows.
While, every continent apart from Australia say record breaking annual air temperatures.
Last week, Met Eireann confirmed that 2023 was the hottest year on record in Ireland.
