2018's most popular baby names have been revealed by the Central Statistics Office.
Jack and Emily remain the most popular names for newborn babies in Ireland.
New CSO figures shows 686 Jack's were born last year.

For the eight consecutive year most parents (460) chose to name their newborn baby girl Emily.
There were 7 new entrants to the top 100 for both sexes - Frankie, Freddie, Theodore, Ada, Bella, Bonnie and Ivy.
