The principal of a Dublin school waiting 20 years for proper buildings blames the Department of Education for the delay.
Gaelscoil Bharra in Cabra has been operating out of prefabs in the grounds of a GAA club for two decades, despite getting the go-ahead for buildings in 2001.

220 pupils have been taught exclusively in prefabs for two decades.
