Two men are due in court this morning in connection with an incident in which a car was rammed a number of times in Dublin last night.
A 40 year old man and 44 year old woman arrived at a car park on the Naas road in a silver BMW to meet someone in order to sell a car at a quarter past eight.
However when the man tried to exit the car park his vehicle was blocked by another car and an SUV.
He managed to leave even though the other car rammed his vehicle, and he was then followed by the car and SUV onto the M50.
Attempts were made to ram his BMW again along the route before the car hit it on the Neilstown Road, and both vehicles came to a stop.
The man and woman in the BMW fled on foot and raised the alarm.
Two men, aged 30 and 21 were arrested a short time later and taken to Lucan Garda station - they'll appear before Blanchardstown District Court this morning.
