135 jobs have been announced for Waterford.
A global publishing group - the Agora Companies - is expanding its team in both Portlaw and Waterford City.
The roles will be in software development, digital publishing and customer support.
John Halligan, Minister for Training, Skills, Innovation, Research and Development, said: "Agora have been a well-known and highly respected employer in the area for a long time and this year marks their 20th anniversary here.
"Their expanded presence in the South East shows that we are succeeding in attracting high calibre companies and highly skilled jobs to our regions."
Agora is a group of more than 40 media companies producing publications in areas such as finance and lifestyle.
The company says the new jobs in Ireland will make the Waterford offices their largest hub outside Baltimore in the US.
