The acoustic rock maestros are back with new album 9 Dead Alive, which was recorded at their Pacific Coast hideaway in late summer. The album sees the pair playing face to face, guitar versus guitar, bursting with melodic energy and rhythmic invention.
The duo play Dublin's National Concert Hall on Tuesday 24th June. Tickets on sale now at nch.ie.
Since they released their last album, 11:11, Rodrigo y Gabriela have collaborated on the soundtracks to Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Shores and Puss N' Boots. They also recorded the 'Area 52' album in Havana with a Cuban orchestra. Last year they played sold-out shows at the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks, Colorado.
9 Dead Alive is released on limited edition CD/DVD, download and vinyl on Friday 25th April.
