Louise Duffy caught up with BBC Powerhouse Annie Mac
Louise Duffy had a chat with Annie Mac about running Lost & Found Festival, AMP in London and of course being one of the 3 Other Voices Hosts. Now in its 17th Season the South Wind Blows produced music programme and festival just keeps on getting better and better. Listen below to their chat.
We always bring the party to Other Voices in Dingle. In fact just writing this has me reminiscing about the shenanigans the Today FM crew created in Dick Macs Brewhouse and the amazing sessions we recorded including this one with Mahalia.
WOW! This @Rihanna cover of 'Work' by @Mahalia is INCREDIBLE!
🎶 "There's something 'bout that work, work, work, work, work, work" 🎶

Other Voices also filmed for the very first time in Ballina Mayo in September 2018, some of our favourite Lost in Music acts are featured including Sam Fender.
Dingle is the heart of Other Voices though, having been the place where it all began. Annie alongside Huw Stephens and May Kay host the filming which this year featured a mountain of Irish talent alongside the International acts Kojaque, Villagers, Nehkane, Mahalia, Julien Baker, Tamino to name some.
On Thursday night's show you can see the IMRO other room which has Columbia Mills, Pow Pig, I Have A Tribe, Kitt Phillipa and more from the deadly Mango X Mathman!
Tomorrow night!!!
You can have a look at my Penney’s jocks while I dance around on RTÉ 2 for@OtherVoicesLive .

Listen here to Annie Mac describe her love for the crew, how she gets to take a metaphorical bag full of new artists back to the BBC with her and who she totally was blown away by from this series of Other Voices, (it's Kojaque)!!
Other Voices is back on tv screens on Thursday nights RTE 2 at 11.30pm and is available on the RTE player.
