The Vibe was founded to keep the memory and music of Phil Lynott alive in his hometown. Its longevity is a tribute to both the endurance of the Lynott song catalogue and the affection in which he is held in his native city.
This year’s Vibe will see Classical Guitar make its debut. Pat Coldrick has arranged a number of Lynott songs and will be accompanied by rock guitarist Dick Farrelly.
In a break from the norm, the entire live “Fighting!” album will feature, courtesy of Dublin‘s Lizzy Experience.
New kids on the block, Sal Vitro, will be extending their indie-soul take on things with a 5 song set.
The Low Riders, who redefined the Lizzy power trio years in 2013, return with an eclectic ride through the great guitar driven songs of Eric Bell, Robbo, Gary Moore, Snowy White and John Sykes.
The Classic Live and Dangerous slot will see a welcome return of tribute band Dizzy Lizzy.
