One daily prize on each of Monday 12th October to Friday 16th October 2015 inclusive(“Daily Winners”) of a Samsung S6 Edge (“Daily Prize”) plus each of the Daily Winners shall be entered into a draw to win one VIP package prize of a pair of tickets for a 3Arena gig(“Event”) plus overnight accommodation in November 2015(“VIP Prize”)
1. This Competition is available to Last Word listeners who correctly answer the daily question set on the Last Word on one or more of Monday 12th October to 16th October 2015, inclusive. There may be a charge for Competition entry.
2. Daily winners will be selected from the list of correct entries to the Last Word question on the day in question between 12th October and 16th October 2015 inclusive.
3. Daily Prizes are only for use on the Three network and unlock codes will not be provided otherwise than in accordance with Three Terms of Service. The colour of Daily Prizes may vary and we cannot substitute for another device or another colour.
4. The VIP Prize winner that is announced on the 16th October 2015 shall be selected from the Daily Prize winners will win two tickets to a 3 Arena event to be selected by Three at Three’s sole discretion.
5. The VIP prize winner will also receive one double room at a 4 star Dublin hotel. Any amendments to the room specification are not included and must be discharged by the VIP Prize winner.
6. The Event tickets supplied as part of the prize will be premium tickets at 3Arena with the exact seating location of such tickets at the discretion of Three Ireland. The VIP Prize winner will also receive a private pre-show reception and VIP entrance to the Event.
7. Transfer from the hotel to and from the 3Arena is included as part of the VIP Prize.
8. The terms and conditions of the 3 Arena venue must be adhered to at all times.
9. Three Ireland reserve the right to revoke the tickets constituting the VIP Prize if they are transferred to any third party.
10. Competition entrants must be 18 years of age or older in order to be eligible for this prize. Valid ID must be presented in order to claim the prize.
11. Neither employees nor contractors of any party associated with this competition are eligible to enter the Competition, including but not limited to Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited or Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited.
12. No cash or other alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
13. The winner and their guest must be willing to participate during, before or after the event in posts, photos and/or videos that will be shared on Three’s/Today FM’s social media platforms. It is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name other limited details about them being made publicly available.
14. The data you provide in connection with this competition (including personal data) may be shared with and processed by the following categories of third party service providers
- PR and social media advisors, customer service providers and other third parties that assist Three with launching, promoting and running competitions; and
- Depending on the nature of the prize offered for a competition (e.g. event tickets or merchandise), third parties that administer that prize (e.g. the event holder or merchandise owner).
You consent and, where relevant, shall procure that other individuals you enter into a competition or that share in any prize you receive consent: (i) to Three sharing this data with relevant third party service providers; and (ii) to the transfer of data outside Ireland to any country where we engage such service providers.
