Why Don't We Have London's Temperatures

On July 1, London enjoyed its hottest July day ever. In Ireland, however, it was a little bit dull. That continues a pattern over the years whereby we seem to miss out on some of the spectacular sunshine enjoyed by our nearest neighbours.
