This Saturday, after many years of campaigning, we will officially celebrate the first ever Irish Autism Awareness Day.
We speak to Senator Tom Sheahan who has been campaigning within Government to back initiatives which will promote awareness of Autism in Ireland.
We also meet Joe and Audrey who have an autistic teenage son and Adam Harris, founder of AsIAm.ie.
Adam was born with Asperger's Syndrome, a condition on the high-functioning end of the Autism Spectrum.
