The offending member was drawn into a dry lake bed in an area of Victoria.
For many it was quite a shock to look Down Under and see this in their face.
According to the Geelong Advertiser, the locals have been aware of it for a while but nobody has come forward yet as the Willy Artist.
Surely, this now needs to be made a protected heritage site.
