There's a reason this video captured the attention of The Ellen Show.
They posted it to Instagram last night and it already has over 1.5 million views and when you watch it that really isn't surprising.
Peyo is not like other horses. The fourteen-year-old stallion has an incredible gift when in the company of patients at hospitals and hospices in France.
And he sports some amazing pigtails:
Accompanied by his handler he chooses which rooms to enter and offers a gentle presence to some of the sickest patients.
This is a beautiful video, but so long as he just keeps at the therapy thing. We wouldn't want to turn up for an operation and Peyo is wearing a surgical mask and scrubs.
