The Ireland women's football team have complained about their poor treatment by the FAI.

Their grievances include loss of earnings for the amateurs in the squad, having to share tracksuits with other teams and being made to change in public toilets.

Ollie Cahill, Player Executive of the Professional Footballers' Association of Ireland, spoke to us about this inequality and why things need to change.
