Taoiseach Enda Kenny is expected to go to the Aras tomorrow to seek a dissolution of the Dail. A general election will follow on February 25 or 26 depending on whether Finer Gael or Labour wins the debate on that issue.
Ahead of the campaign, Tanaiste and Labour Party leader Joan Burton came into studio to talk about her party's prospects and policies. Opinion polls suggest that Labour's vote will be about half what it was the last time, but Burton believes the party will eventually be rewarded by the electorate for helping to turn the economy around.
