Debbie Cole has launched a campaign for a US-style “three strikes and you’re out” law to be passed in Ireland for serial rapists.
She is urging Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald to change the law so repeat offenders would get jail terms of 25 years to life.
Debbie, a Mullingar-based mother of four was brutally attacked 26 years ago in the block of flats where she lived in Ballymun, North Dublin.
