Fans of Irish cycling will remember the sport's golden era of the late 1980s and early 1990s in this country.
Now they can re-live it thanks to a new book, The Ascent.
Barry Ryan is the book's author, and he joined Matt to discuss that particular generation of Irish cyclists, why he is so interested in the subject, and the issue of doping.
