Sarah has worked at Powerscourt since 1990. An unusual family business, it encompasses a Palladian mansion, ornamental gardens, 2 golf courses, Avoca cafe, garden centre and shopping.
Sarah says she has the best job in the world and is aiming to build on the success of her family business with plans for a new €10m whiskey distillery.
