Insurers take a hard line

A new survey has found that consumers face an uphill battle when making insurance claims, while the law is unfairly weighted in favour of insurers’ ability to reject claims.
The survey by the Irish Brokers association found insurers are taking an increasingly hard line when it comes to paying out claims on consumer household policies.
