Graeme Souness has been familiar to football fans for almost 40 years.
He has had a long career as a player - most notably with Liverpool - and as a manager, and is now a pundit with TV3 here in Ireland.
His new book is Football: My Life, My Passion.
Joining Matt to talk about the book, Graeme explained his love for punditry ("I get the buzz from football, but don't get the aggravation") and why he doesn't think management is an enjoyable job anymore because of the stress involved: "The rewards are enormous, but there's so much pressure on you."
He also spoke about how modern-day footballers would fare in his era, and talked candidly about his heart surgery 25 years ago and how it affected him psychologically.
"No one ever said to me that things would different after the operation. You do change. I'm not ashamed to say I would be tearful for no obvious reason."
"I was 38 years old and saw myself as invincible, and then all of a sudden you see you're vulnerable just like everybody else."
