From Tramore, Grace is a former All Ireland surfing champion, first female lifeguard and member of the Tramore lifeboat crew, and spent over 30 years as an activist with Greenpeace.
From the Artic to Antarctica, Grace was involved in seafaring campaigns to stop whale hunting, seal culls, oil pollution and Nuclear bomb testing.
She was an on board member of the Rainbow Warrior when it was sunk by French secret service agents in Auckland, New Zealand.
