One of my favourite weird snacks is to get a large slice of ham, place a couple of cheeses slices to cover it, add a a “sausage” of coleslaw and roll it like a fajita. Ta da… instant low-carb ham and cheese roll. 😊 Banana and corned beef sandwiches are pretty cool too! Adrian

Two slices of white loaf with two good spoons of Dolmio sauce cheese mashed potato ham mustard and Taytos and banged into the oven for five minutes and hopefully not falling asleep on the chair after coming home from a few pints!

Hi Muireann, my thing that I make when no one's around is.....2 slices of white bread with butter, you cut thick slices of cheddar cheese, and then pop it in the microwave....it's effectively hot bread with melted cheese.....but it's sooooo good. Eric
