At a press conference yesterday, Donald Trump was asked why he hadn't commented on the deaths of four US soldiers in Niger.
In his response, he stated his intention to contact the soldiers' families, before claiming that no previous President had done such a thing.
Cal Thomas and Marion McKeone discussed this story in our weekly US slot and were in agreement that Trump was wrong to "politicise the deaths of American soldiers."
