It's now 13 years since former Tyrone football captain Cormac McAnallen died suddenly aged 24.
His brother Donal has now written a book, The Pursuit of Perfection, about his life.
Donal joined us to talk about Cormac, coming to terms with his death, and the "sense of release" that came with writing about him.
