This gorgeous Labrador has a condition called Canine Megaesophagus so he's unable to digest unless he is in the upright position.
A very helpful Twitter user pointed that out below the clip:
This is called a baileys chair! Many dogs use this when they suffer from Canine Megaesophagus. Simply- they need to eat/drink & digest in the upright position to prevent regurgitation due to the medical condition. a good boi indeed :)
