Doctors have warned parents about a viral internet challenge known as the “choking game” after the death of a 12-year-old boy in Birmingham.
The game involves young people suffocating themselves to produce a natural high by restricting the supply of oxygen to the brain.

Selina Booth lost her son Jack, 14, in Febaruary 2015 when he died playing the game and tells Matt about the dangers of the so-called game.
Matt was also joined by Dr Nick Flynn GP in Hollyhill and Medical Director of Union Quay medical centre, Cork and Aine Lynch, Chief Executive of the National Parents Council.
