Capitalism is dead, says Channel 4's Paul Mason

Paul Mason is Channel 4’s economics editor. His new book Postcapitalism: A Guide To Our Future is out now. In it, he argues that capitalism, the economic system beloved by the western world for more than 100 years is dead, or at least on its last legs. "Millions of people are beginning to realise that they have been sold a dream they can never live", he writes. "In it's place, we need more than just a bunch of distant dreams...And we need to get on with it".
