Comedian, writer and actress Jennifer Saunders joined Matt in studio while she was in Dublin to promote her new memoir, Bonkers: My Life in Laughs.
It’s a funny, touching and honest autobiography full of riotous adventures, from accidentally enrolling on a teacher training course with Dawn French to bluffing her way to each BBC series; from shooting Lulu to trading wild faxes with Joanna Lumley. She also writes about her battle with cancer.
Jennifer has won three Baftas (including the Bafta Fellowship), an International Emmy, a British Comedy Award, a Rose d'Or, two Writers' Guild Awards and a People's Choice Award.
