Matt was joined in studio yesterday by Bressie, PJ Gallagher, Paul Galvin and Marian Heffernan.
All 5 of them – Matt included – have committed to getting on their bikes this summer and becoming Series Cyclists for the 2014 An Post Cycle Series.

The five event series, supported by An Post in partnership with the Irish Sports Council, take place over the summer from May to September in Sligo, Clare, Meath, Waterford and Cork.
This is the sixth year of An Post Cycle Series, and almost 50,000 people have saddled up since the very first event took place in Sligo in May 2009. Each event caters for every type of cyclist, from families to serious amateurs, with a variety of routes ranging from a family 10k spin to the more challenging 56k, 60k, 100k, and 160k distances.
Sligo: An Post Tour of Sligo, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May
Clare: The An Post Tour De Burren, Saturday, 21st June
Meath: Heritage Cycle Tour of Meath, Saturday 26th and Sunday, 27th July
Waterford: Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th August
Cork: Rebel Tour, Saturday, 13th September
