Tony Duffin, Director of the Ana Liffey Drug Project says they are calling for the provision of Medically Supervised Injecting Centres (MSICs) where people could inject illegally obtained drugs under medical supervision as a measure to combat public injecting.
Mannix Flynn, Independent Cllr with Dublin City Council says that he feels, this isn't a good idea.
