Airbnb is unhappy over a clampdown on short-term letting in Ireland.
The Department of Housing have issued new guidelines which will require planning permission for short-term lets and place limits on the number of nights a property can be let for, as well as the number of rooms that can be occupied and how many guests can stay.
The company feels these guidelines are overly restrictive.
