This time of year everyone is focusing on dieting and eating less but some food we eat can actually leave you hungrier and reaching for more food.
When you eat certain foods that contain a lot of sugar and carbohydrates, which get broken down into sugar, your blood sugar will skyrocket. Once your blood sugar spikes, it suddenly goes back down to normal, but it can often drop lower than it’s supposed to.
