We've already got sick.
Olena Sheremet is a former gymnast and a big fan of cycling so she combined the two and invented 'Gymnastic Spinning'...obviously!
An hour of this madness can burn between 600 -700 calories.
Olena told Inside Edition, "There has been no really severe accidents. Some clients did hit their knee or scratch skin a bit. That's just because they were being inattentive or just not coordinated."
Okaaaay.
It doesn't sound like Olena wants anyone looking to turn up and sweat off a hangover.
If you're taking it up just make sure you have a room big enough otherwise someone is getting kicked in the head.
She regularly teaches classes from beginner to master.
Will it catch on?
