What a class act.
The former Manchester United and Arsenal star was in the tunnel ready to play for his current team Feyenoord when he got chatting to the mascots.
He then proceeded to high-five every single one in the tunnel.
This really is a thing of joy.
He's one of Dutch footballs greatest and each of those kids will remember this for the rest of their lives.
It took a minute, but will last a lifetime.
What is so impressive is how he adapts to each child, maybe a hug works better than a high five and he adapts accordingly.
Absolutely love this. pic.twitter.com/NQZoOAqjwX

And it gets better:
My son sent his very special gold Match Attack card to @Persie_Official at #MUFC as a present. It was returned within a week with a signed photo and note of thanks. Made my sons day and still has pride of place in his bedroom. Good man.
