Every Monday Ed chooses a new release for his Recent 'N' Decent track of the week.
This week's selection comes from Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams who is striking out on her own.
'Simmer' is her first solo single, and is taken off the album 'Petals For Armour' which will be released on 8th May.
Paramore fans have no need to worry, this doesn't mean it's the end of the band who tweeted their support for Williams.
