Every Monday Ed picks a new release for his Recent 'N' Decent track of the week, and this week it's Biffy Clyro with their latest single 'Instant History'.
The Scottish trio are back with the first single to be taken from their forthcoming eight album, which will be released later this year.
They have a few festival appearances lined up for this summer but no Irish dates so far, watch this space for updates!
