Every Tuesday Ed picks tracks from two Irish acts to feature on Ceol For the Soul, but since he has a day off this Tuesday for Saint Patrick's Day, he's bringing them to you a day early!
First up this week is Saint Sister with their latest single 'Dynamite'.
Saint Sister is made up of Morgan McIntyre and Gemma Doherty. Speaking about writing the song, Morgan said "I was trying to make sense of a few very personal, very powerful moments... I felt suspended and the song was a means to grounding myself".
The band teamed up with director Ellius Grace for the video for 'Dynamite' which is out now.
Next up is Dublin duo Sisterix with their debut single 'Another Reason to Hate You'.
Sisterix is made up of sisters Ornait and Síomha Hennessey, and the say the song is "a timely exploration of the inner conflict we experience when a loved one behaves in problematic ways and lets us down".
'Another Reason to Hate You' will be released this Friday and Sisterix have a video on the way for it - you can see some of the outtakes from making it here!
Tune in to Ed's National Anthems Monday-Thursday 7-10pm.
