Every Tuesday Ed picks tracks from two Irish acts to feature on Ceol For the Soul.
First up this week is the collaboration between Denise Chaila, Sorcha Richardson, God Knows, and MuRli - 'Out the Gaff'.
The last few months have been a struggle for many artists who have been unable to perform during lockdown. James Vincent McMorrow decided to do something to help the Irish music community and invited a group of musicians he admired in to a studio to work together.
The result is 'Out the Gaff', a collaboration between some of the most exciting rising Irish artist of the moment; Denise Chaila, Sorcha Richardson, God Knows and Murli.
Next up is Soda Blonde with 'Love Me World'.
It hasn't been long since Soda Blonde released the EP 'isolation content', but they are back with more new music.
'Love Me World' is a song about acknowledging the darker moments of wanting to be loved by everyone, and the idea of bending to fit the zeitgeist in the pursuit of acceptance and love.
Tune in to Ed's National Anthems Monday-Thursday from 7pm.
