After 3 weeks on Early Breakfast, I’ve come to the conclusion that the listeners at that hour are the warmest and most fun people ever. They’re also very affectionate – and have bestowed upon me some great nicknames! A lot of people call me P-Mac or SweetPMac (thanks to my Twitter handle) but in the last few weeks, Kieran a regular listener has texted in, calling me “Pebbles.” And Bob, another regular has re-christened me “Shifty”. It had me wondering what nicknames do other people have?
It also became very clear from the texts and tweets that most us DO actually have nicknames...whether we know it or not!
My son is called Digger. His initials are JCB - Still better than PMS!
