Since the dawn of the written word, people have been creating complex characters in various forms from books to films and everything in between.
The wildly popular Game of Thrones series has given us some of the best characters to ever grace the pages of a book and in 2011 they came to life on our television screens.
Music Magpie analysed data from 131 million tweets to deduce who the most loathed Game of Thrones characters are and honestly we're a little bit surprised.
The characters who enraged us the most are:

- Bran Stark
- Theon Greyjoy
- Jaime Lannister
- Shae

But for the 1% of the population who don't watch the HBO series, we wanted to know which fictional characters annoyed you the most.
