Scrambled eggs are up there when it comes to one of the easiest foods to cook in the kitchen.
If fact, we'd even go as far to say that they are fool proof.
Except we'd be wrong.
Apparently most of us have been cooking them incorrectly this whole time.
According to chef Anthony Bourdain they've to go into a hot pan with lots of butter, no added milk or cream and you're only supposed to stir them gently (and not scramble the life out of them as most of us do!)
This way scrambled eggs will be all about the, well, eggs! Who knew...
