Dermot may be the biggest U2 fan on the planet.
He managed to get a pre-sale code for their Manchester gig and he eagerly logged on this morning to buy his tickets.
All did not go according to plan however - and we were there to capture his emotional journey on camera.
His blood pressure still hasn't returned to normal!
