The toddler non-nonchalantly steps up on the ledge and looks around.
Inches from falling to his death, he soon gets bored and thankfully turns around and goes back inside.
WARNING: This is not for the faint-hearted. It is heart in the mouth footage but thank God he is safe and well.
At one point he lets his hands go and they just hang. He is not wearing shoes and this may have saved his life as he was able to grip the ledge in his socks.
It is not until you see the camera pan back that you get the full horror of the moment.
